By Sunday evening, November 8, everyone had arrived in Johannesburg and were comfortably settled in my favorite B&B in the area, Sleep Eezy Cottages, with our wonderful hosts, Lawrence and Moira. It's like a little piece of paradise, and a wonderful welcome to South Africa.
Monday we spent the day in Pretoria, exploring the fascinating history of this country, with the Voortrekker Monument, Church Square, and the Union Buildings.
